All you need to do is bring a pot of water to a simmer and add spices with other fresh ingredients – combined together will send a fall aroma throughout your home.
Pumpkin Spice Simmering Pot
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 4 pieces of candied ginger
- 1 clove of nutmeg
- Bring a pot of water to a boil, add the candied ginger, and spices into the water.
- Reduce temperature to a low simmer.
- Make sure to check the pot of simmering water every half an hour to make sure the pot does not run out of the water. Add additional water to the pot as needed.
